Cycle at class. are a full-body, rhythm-based or metric-based ride fueled by high-energy choreography and powerful playlists. Each 45-minute class is designed for all levels and focuses on building endurance through sprints and flats, increasing stamina with challenging climbs, and developing strength using light weights and upper body movement—all set to the beat of the music.

Just a friendly heads up!

You can ride without cycle shoes, but if you’ve got ‘em — bring ‘em! Clipping in with a delta or SPD cleat will give you a smoother, stronger and more connected ride. (trust us, your legs will thank you).

A little reminder: we aren’t renting shoes right now, so make sure to pack yours if you have them!
