Our main studio classes blend a variety of formats designed to lengthen, strengthen, open, and balance both body and mind. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are in your fitness journey, with varying levels of intensity to suit your needs. Led by high-energy instructors, you’ll be guided every step of the way—with encouragement, options, and the occasional push beyond your comfort zone.
All main studio classes are held in a heated room maintained at 75–95 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared panels, which support detoxification, aid in weight loss, soothe sore muscles and joint pain, promote clearer skin, boost circulation, improve sleep, and enhance relaxation. Beyond the physical benefits, the gentle heat helps the body open on a deeper level—adding yet another purposeful layer to your experience. To help us maintain a welcoming environment, please bring your own mat and towel to Heated Sculpt, HIIT 60, and Yoga Sculpt, as you and our mats will get sweaty. We truly appreciate your cooperation!
