Welcome to the class. Team!

Your first class is just the start—we are so excited to see where it takes you.

With a collection of formats all under one roof, you can join one club and become a member of three different studios.

Need To Know

  • Our instructors aren’t just here to teach - they are here to welcome, motivate and support you as you grow both physically and mentally. They are here to cheer you on, present new challenges and keep you inspired every step of the way.

When you join class, you’re not just signing up for workouts — you’re joining a community. We’re a supportive and committed small group chasing our own goals, but always lifting each other up as much as we do weights.

  • Welcome to class! Just by walking through the door, you’ve already crushed it. Showing up is the hardest part—and you did it. The rest is all about having fun and feeling good.

When planning for your first class, plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early. This will give you ample time to park, check in at the front desk, meet our team, get the lay of the land and relax or stretch prior to class.

Our experience team will introduce themselves, get you checked in, answer any questions and provide a tour. Be sure to say hello to your instructor, who is here to welcome and guide you. If you’re new to the equipment, we’ll help ensure proper settings to get your first class started on a positive note. And most importantly, prepare to HAVE FUN.

Check our class.pages for schedules and parking information at each location.

  • We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle, which can be replenished at the stations throughout the studio.

Mats and small towels are available and complimentary. You are also welcome to bring your own mat. Yoga towels are also recommended for the heated classes.

Wear your favorite fitness clothing that feels good and that won’t interfere with your movement – whether that’s on a bike, bench or yoga mat. Prepare to sweat, so lighter and sweat-wicking fabrics may be preferred.

All formats in the main studio are completed barefoot. For strength classes, we recommend comfortable cross-training sneakers. Cycle shoes are highly recommended for any cycling class but not mandatory.
