This effective circuit-style workout made up of one-minute exercise sets targets all your major muscle groups. While the focus is strength, you’ll revup your heart rate with one-minute athletic cardio drills after completing the muscle-burning strength sets. Finally rounding out the class with an all out 4 minute finisher giving you the opportunity to empty your tank. This class is for everyone, whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete. Combining full-body resistance exercises with bursts of heart-pumping cardio, HIIT Strength is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and push your endurance to the next level. Using a variety of equipment — dumbbells, bodyweight, versa loops, and benches — you'll move through timed intervals that target every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate elevated. Expect explosive movements, controlled lifts, and strategic recovery periods that leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more energized.

Pilates Strength is a core-driven, full-body conditioning workout that blends classical Pilates principles with progressive resistance training using 5–15 pound weights, every exercise initiates from the core to create strong, balanced support for the entire body. This workout blends traditional mat Pilates with progressive strength training using 5–15 lb weights, strategically selected to challenge muscular endurance and strength without compromising form. A variety of Pilates equipment—including resistance bands, balls, and blocks—is incorporated to add versatility to each sequence.
